ECM 106 and Midwest AVS Symposium

ECM 106 is the 106th semi-annual meeting of the Executive Council of IUVSTA.

ECM 106 Schedule

The Midwest AVS Symposium focuses on recent advances in a number of fields related to vacuum science and technology. These areas include applied surface science, electronic materials and processing, nanometer structures, plasma science and technique, surface science, surface engineering, thin films, and vacuum science and technology. Every three years, the IUVSTA sponsors a Highlight Seminar in which specialists from each of the technical divisions discuss the latest important results across the fields of interest relevant to each division.
